1340 The Fan continues highlighting recruits that will join the Red Raiders in the class of 2016. The class is made up of 24 players, is ranked 45th nationally and 7th best in the Big 12, according to Texas Tech 24/7 Sports.

    He was on the Associated Press Sports Editor's All-State team at two positions

    Not only was Miller an APSE First Team All-State defensive end, he was also an Honorable Mention at linebacker.
