A Bird Smashed Through the Windshield of an Airplane, and There’s Footage From Inside the Cockpit
A pilot named Robert Weber was in his single-engine plane near Fort Meyers, Florida on Saturday when a BIRD smashed through his windshield. And there's footage of it from INSIDE the cockpit.
He ended up with a small cut on his head from the broken glass, but he was able to land safely.
It happens at :19, and he lands at 4:12. Then he starts talking to an air traffic controller about it at 4:48.
