Any time a wild pitch hits a batter, there's the potential for a brawl. But this is the first time we've seen a FAN get involved.

The Corpus Christi Hooks played a minor league baseball game against the Midland Rockhounds on Sunday night in Texas. In the bottom of the 5th, the pitcher for Midland threw it high and in...and nailed the first baseman for the Hooks in the shoulder.

The guy got up and trotted to first like it was no big deal...but 15 seconds later, a 35-year-old fan name Nikolas Swope CHARGED THE MOUND. Before he could take a swing, another Midlands player knocked him to the ground.

Then the rest of the team showed up, and umpires had to escort him off. He's facing charges of criminal trespassing and threatening assault. And yeah...he was drunk.
