Today is Veterans Day, when we're supposed to stop and think about the men and women who've sacrificed to keep us safe. Which is why the timing of this story is pretty amazing.

Harold Percival served in the Royal Air Force in England during World War Two. And on October 25th, he passed away peacefully in his sleep at age 99.

The funeral home started planning his service, but found out he'd never been married, and didn't have any close friends or family who could make it to the funeral.

So in his obituary, they said any veterans or military personnel who wanted to show up would be welcome. Then a solider posted the obituary on Twitter, and it got retweeted nearly 4,000 times.

So now, HUNDREDS of people are expected to show up and pay their respects at his funeral this morning in Lancashire, England.
