Amigos Is Having a Tamale Cook-Off Tomorrow [VIDEO]

Think you're el jefe at tamales? Can you masa like a maniac? Amigos in Lubbock is having a tamale cook-off open to the public.

The cook-off is from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Amigos on University.

On Saturday, Dec. 10, Amigos will host its eighth annual Tamale Cook Off at four stores throughout Lubbock and Amarillo. The tamale cook off is limited to the first thirty entrants and contestants will compete for a chance to win a $100, $250 or $500 gift card. Guests can register at the guest services desk in their local Amigos stores.
