Today marks the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C. Once again this year, a field of remembrance in Miller Park stands as a poignant reminder.

The field of 1,000 flags is to remember the victims and heroes of 9-11-01 and to also honor our own First Responders.

The field of flags will be up for viewing through September 16 and is free to the public.

Miller Park is located off the south access road of Loop 289 between Quaker and Indiana Avenues.
