Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill is Coming to Lubbock!

A few weeks ago I told you the story of the guy who bought a Texas town and renamed it 'Bikinis' in honor of his chain of sports bars...or 'Breastraunts', to be exact. Well, it appears that the Hub City will soon have it's very own Bikinis for wives to hate!

I was looking through my Facebook feed this morning and Facebook 'suggested' I like a page for 'Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill - Lubbock, TX'. Obviously, I wondered if this was the same restaurant I had mentioned in a blog a few weeks ago.

After very little investigation...and quite a bit of picture looking...I realized that it was, indeed, the same establishment. According to their Facebook page, they are 'Opening Late August' at 8222 University.

I was overjoyed. As a matter of fact, I ran around the radio station telling every dude I came across the fantastic news: 'GIRLS IN BIKINIS WILL BE SERVING US HAMBERS AND BEER BY THE END OF AUGUST!' My male co-workers were thrilled. The females...not so much.
