Overweight comedian John Pinnette was found dead in a Pittsburgh hotel on Saturday. He was 50.

He died of natural causes, and was reportedly suffering from liver and heart disease. His doctor signed off on the cause of death...so no autopsy will be performed.

John was perhaps best known for playing the carjacking victim on the "Seinfeld" series finale. He was the guy the Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer refused to help, which led to them being arrested for violating the "Good Samaritan Law."

John regularly made fun of his weight...and his most famous routine was even about him annihilating a Chinese buffet.

(Here's video. The Chinese food part begins at the 1:50 mark.)

John also appeared in movies like "Duets", "Dear God", "The Punisher" and "Junior".  Plus, he was Coach Hank Kohler on the '90s show "Parker Lewis Can't Lose".  At the time of his death, John was in the midst of a comedy tour.
