It was on this day in 1967 that Cream's sophomore album "Disraeli Gears" entered the U.S. charts where it would peek at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. This album saw Cream move away from its blues roots to more of an aggressive "psychedelic" rock album. This was also Cream's breakthrough album in the U.S.

When you look back on Cream you see this super group of musicians that would go on to inspire countless musicians around the world even to this day.
