Did You Know The Snyder Wind Farm Is Owned By Amazon? I Didn’t. [VIDEO]

West Texas has more wind than anything else. Including oil. Especially when you remember that wind will never run out. But did you know that Amazon is the owner of that wind farm around Snyder?

I've always believed in wind power. Its an endless resource and its stupid not to use it. I knew that T. Boone Pickens had a hand in building a lot of wind farms around Texas too. What I didn't know was that the online retail giant Amazon.com was the actual owner of the huge wind farm around Snyder that powers a lot of Texans.

In an initial $200 million investment into west Texas Amazon has started a huge business that will help power our communities and state for years and years. So that gives me a good excuse to go buy something off Amazon and help support those who support us right back.
