The Peddler Show in Lubbock makes for a great weekend of shopping. We have plenty of time to take advantage of this unique event, which happens Friday 12-6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Lubbock Civic Center.

Did you know The Peddler Show has been around for 40 years? According to their website, The Peddler Shows got their start in 1977 and produces 24 shows every year across the country. Each show is unique and every incredible artisan needs to be approved by a jury to participate.

We can find crafters, jewelers, designers and boutiques, and they promise things we have never seen before. Each aisle is like its own little street, showing off everything from clothes for the whole family, to accessories, shoes and great seasonal decor and wonderful rustic furniture. Plus, attendees can enjoy some great gourmet treats and works by artisans. There will be unique pottery, candles, soaps, and other great unique gift ideas just in time for Father's Day.

I love The Peddler Show. Look for me out there, working to re-decorate my life!
