Good Friday and Easter are fast approaching and we talked with Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets about how to give the kids healthy snacks for Easter and a new way to spice up fish dishes for Good Friday.

We're inundated with candy, sugar, candy and even more sugar for Easter, so here's how to build a better Easter basket for your kids.

Duby suggests putting one sugar item, then sugar free gum, nuts (if your child doesn't have a nut allergy, of course), fruit like orange cuties and even berries in their plastic eggs.

For Good Friday, Brenda also shared a Fish Taco Nachos recipe that looks and sounds amazing, incorporating blue corn chips and mango slaw.
