Five Lubbock Teens Release Their First Original EP

If you read my blog last week about supporting local musicians, this right here is exactly what I’m talking about. The Name Brand Band.

I’ve had the privilege of watching four of these five kids grow by leaps and bounds musically and mentally through School of Rock Lubbock. They have worked tirelessly keeping up with their School of Rock duties, high school, and now the Name Brand Band.

I’m so impressed with these kids, and you should be, too.

These five local teenagers, ranging in ages from 15-17, formed the Name Brand Band and have worked non-stop in collaborating for the release of their first EP, which includes all original music.

After rehearsals, songwriting, and performing several live shows, four original songs were chosen to put on their first EP, Fleeting Paradise.
