Surfing through my Facebook feed I found a new Lubbock business that opened over the weekend. If you've ever watched the food channels then you've seen the freezing ice cream rolls from foreign countries. Now they're here.

This is a way of making ice cream and mixing added ingredients that comes from all around the world. The freezing roll technique has been featured on food shows for a few years now and its a really cool and fun thing to watch the pros do. Now Lubbock has our own Freezing Roll Rolling Ice Cream store at 82nd and Slide in the Rockridge Plaza.
