Have Some Pizza And Beer And Learn How You Can Join CASA To Help Foster Kids

CASA of the South Plains is dedicated to helping Lubbock area foster kids. They are always looking for more volunteers because sadly our foster child numbers keep going up. Learn how to join CASA and have some pizza and beer this Wednesday.

Wednesday July 25th is CASA's Men Of Courage event. CASA, or court appointed special advocates, are volunteers who help handle the cases of local kids who have been placed in the foster care system, and act as a Guardian Ad Litem for the kids. If you're interested in standing up for the best interests of local children who are going through the painful and difficult foster care system, this meeting is for you. And they'll provide pizza and beer too. This is only an introduction to the CASA mission to see if men are interested in helping out, and there is no obligation. I highly encourage you to go and see if you could make a difference in a child's life right here in Lubbock.
