Summer is in full swing and the kids are starting to get bored as the temperature rises. What can you do to cool the kiddos off and keep 'em occupied?

I talked with Brenda Duby with the United Supermarket families and she gave me some amazing recipes for homemade popsicles.

Instead of freezing sugary drinks for your kids, Brenda uses coconut water and coconut yogurt with fresh fruit.

You don't even have to puree your fruit (unless you just want to).  Simply add your favorite sliced fruit into a mold or popsicle mold, then pour coconut water or coconut yogurt on top, freeze and voila!

They are fast, nutritious and delicious. Plus, you and the kids will be getting natural - not processed - sugar!
