In Albuquerque an attempted carjacking was all caught on video. And its an intense 7 minute ride with the almost victim.

There is no more info that I can find about this story so far since it happened on Tuesday. A man was driving with his dash-cam rolling when another car pulls in front of him. As the man backs up and attempts to drive another way the red car starts following him. The suspect car repeatedly pulls in front of the man with the camera, in a typical carjacking blocking move. Thankfully after about 5 minutes of trying to escape the suspects the man drives up alongside a police cruiser while he's on the phone with 911. The police car takes off after the suspects, but so far they haven't been caught. Its an intense video to be sure, but it also shows you that you can escape if you just keep driving and don't let them get up next to your window. I'm not recommending that by any means because I'm no expert, but I sure as hell wouldn't ever stop driving. I'd be blowing through street lights and making a huge commotion until the cops caught up with me!
