Just because Christmas is coming up doesn't mean you have to eat completely unhealthy the entire time. Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped in to discuss some of the different ways you can eat healthy this Christmas.

Duby suggested picking up some of the great United rotisserie chicken and while you can eat it by itself, Duby suggested cutting the chicken up and putting it on a salad. You can also pick up some salsa and have your chicken with salsa. Have leftover ham or turkey? Why not cut it up and make a soup out of it?
