It's almost four minutes long, and it's basically just Monica laying out a plan for how they're going to see each other.  It's a little stalker-ish at times, but then again, Bill wasn't exactly spurning her advances, was he?

At one point she suggests doing a little more than talking.  She says, quote, "This is fun:  Talking into a tape.  Because I could take all my clothes off and start..well, I won't.  Because I know you wouldn't enjoy that."

(I wonder why Bill WOULDN'T enjoy that?  Maybe because he's a more HANDS-ON kind of guy?  Also, can you imagine the trouble these two would have gotten into if there were cell phone cameras back then?)

She also tells him, quote, "You can't refuse me, because I am too cute and adorable.  I can be a pain in the a** sometimes. Very persistent. I hope you will just follow the script and do what I want."
