The 2015 Parade of Homes' slogan is "This Is Our Best." And judging by what we'v seen so far, they mean it.

Featuring homes from 26 builders in three different subdivisions, this year's Parade of Homes has some of the most creative use of space and materials I've ever seen.

Foxridge is located at 98th & Ave. U and offers homes perfect for families with small children. It's in the Cooper school district, and boasts 10 homes featured in the Parade of Homes.

The Trails, located at 92nd & Milwaukee, features six Garden Homes -- two of which have been sold.

Now don't let the name Garden Home fool you. These homes are pretty sizable and the neighborhood is a new and growing one. So whether you're empty nesters or just starting your family, this neighborhood, featuring two parks and a lot of trees, is a winner.

Oakmont Estates is just that: stately homes. So much so that for the first time ever, tickets holders could tour Oakmont twice with the same ticket since it's just too much for one visit. Twelve homes are featured in this subdivision.

The 2015 Parade of Homes runs through Sunday, June 21. Hours are Monday - Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 - 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children 2-12 and children under 2 years old get in free.
