Lubbock’s SERVPRO Team Excited About First Responder Bowl In Dallas

What was once called the Heart Of Dallas Bowl has been renamed the SERVPRO First Responders Bowl. America's First Responders will be honored December 26th in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl Stadium.

Last year Texas Tech was the favorite to represent the Big 12 in the Heart Of Dallas Bowl, and honor that eventually went to West Virginia instead. That bowl will now be renamed, at least for 2018. The city of Dallas will later decide whether to carry on into future years.

SERVPRO says its excited to honor and celebrate America's First Responders with a college bowl. Will Texas Tech be in the hat to play this year? I guess we'll all see soon enough.
