Muleshoe And Childress Were Name-Checked On National TV [VIDEO]

Recently on one of the biggest late night shows on TV both Muleshoe and Childress were name-checked on the show. And the host had to ask twice about Muleshoe.

No matter your politics, its rare to have Lubbock being talked about on TV. Rarer still is when someone mentions Muleshoe. Or Childress. And even rarer still is when both of them are mentioned at the same time on the same show. But Beto O'Rourke did just that on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. So again, while you may not agree with his politics, Beto was probably the first person and politician to mention our small west Texas towns on a large scale.
