An evil clown has risen over 19th and University in Lubbock. It's the 2015 billboard for Nightmare On 19th Street announcing this year's Halloween fun.

The ninth year of Nightmare On 19th Street will kick off with a "Preview Night" on September 26. Preview Night is the full Nightmare experience, no holds-barred; it's just called that since it falls in September instead of October.

You can enter for free wristbands to preview night here. Grand Opening weekend will be October 2 and 3. Everything will culminate on Halloween night. All other dates (in yellow) are posted on the flyer below.

This year, Nightmare On 19th Street has four attractions: the all new Clowntown 3D; The Lost City; Bloodmoon Manor AKA the largest haunted house in West Texas; and The Badlands. The Badlands is in transition from its previous incarnation as a Wild West town to a more Mad Max-meets-zombies outdoor attraction.

Nightmare On 19th Street is recommended for persons 12 and over, but it's left to the parents discretion. Admission is $20 on Thursday and Sundays, $25 on Fridays and Saturdays.
