Rick Perry Says He Wasn’t Drunk or on Prescription Meds During His “Animated” Speech in New Hampshire Last Week [VIDEO]

Rick Perry has finally responded to the allegation he was DRUNK during a speech in New Hampshire last Friday. He says he was just a little more, quote, "animated" than usual, and he hadn't taken prescription pain pills for his bad back either.
