SPC Offers $1,000 Reward for Vandalism Information

South Plains College is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of suspects who caused vandalism on the main Levelland campus.

Several windows were shot out on campus in the Science Building and Southwest Hall. SPC officials state the latest vandalism occurred last Thursday, November 17.

The suspect is responsible for using a BB or pellet gun to shoot the windows out of various buildings on campus. In the past few weeks, the culprit has damaged windows at the Science Building and Southwest Hall.

South Plains College Police Chief Nickolis Castillo said he thinks the suspect may be affiliated with the college. The damage total is roughly $5,000, he said.
