A Lubbock man takes issue with loud construction in his neighborhood on Labor Day.

Lubbock police are investigating a major car accident that took place on Labor Day, September 7th, 2020 at 38th Street and Avenue U.

Labor Day is coming up this Monday, and that means two things: a three-day weekend for many local workers, and city offices closing to observe the holiday.

United Blood Services and Kool FM have begun our annual 'Labor Day Heroes Blood Drive'. Blood drives are scheduled throughout the South Plains this coming week beginning on today.
