Texas Tech professor of literature and science, Bruce Clarke, has been appointed to the Library of Congress. Its a prestigious position that's also part NASA program.

I honestly can't fathom everything that's entailed here. But I can tell its a big deal. Mr. Clarke has been appointed to the Baruch S. Blumberg Chair in Astrobiology for the Library of Congress. The position is in collaboration with NASA, and he will be studying the conditions for life on Earth, and the possibility of life on other planets. Sounds hard.

Good luck Bruce! I'm happy to know our school has people as smart as you making us look good.
