The 28-Day Challenge from Market Street is still going, and this week the company's corporate dietician Brenda Duby is asking all of us to add a few more plant foods to our diets.

Duby told us that you can add a lot more to your diet than just kale and broccoli. She mentioned that adding beans and whole wheat pasta are great options to add to your diet.
