As I wrote earlier today EarthCam is a website with tons of live feeds from different webcams across the planet. And its a very valuable tool to track Hurricane Harvey too.

Even though in Lubbock we won't see much if any of Hurricane Harvey, this is Texas. And we all have family or friends who will be affected by this. If you're concerned for someone down south you can watch the hurricane as it makes landfall love with EarthCam. There are multiple locations to watch it happen including Moody Gardens in Galveston, George Bush Airport in Houston, lots of Corpus Christi cameras, New Orleans, the National Hurricane Center in Miami, and others all across Texas. So watch history happen live on your computer or internet device. And let's hope Harvey blows through with little damage.

In addition to the hurricane cameras EarthCam's website has lots of interesting feeds to watch:

The Webby Award winning company hosts many highly trafficked tourism cams, with views of popular locations and landmarks such as Times Square, World Trade Center, Las Vegas Strip, Bourbon Street, Eiffel Tower, Andy Warhol’s gravesite, Hollywood Boulevard, Miami Beach, Atlantis the Palm Dubai, Petra in Jordan and Abbey Road Crossing in London.
