The Lubbock Lions Club has set the date for their 67th Annual Pancake Festival. It reminds me of the time I ran around the place in a dinosaur costume. Good times.

It's an annual Lubbock tradition, and almost always the largest pancake festival in the world.

The Lubbock Lions Club (the largest Lions Club in America, by the way) has set Saturday, February 16th from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for their next pancake throwdown. And you can be pretty sure I'll be there either flipping pancakes at the VIP table with a mayor or sheriff or someone important, or I'll be running around in an inflatable dinosaur costume dancing with kids and terrorizing people on stage. It's kind of my thing.

Here are the details:

Eat all the pancakes and sausage you can at the 67th Annual Lubbock Lions Pancake Festival!
