Researchers at Purdue University have found that eating fat-free dressing actually makes your salad LESS HEALTHY than eating regular, fat-filled dressing.

Here's why. The fat in salad dressing actually helps you absorb the nutrients from the vegetables in the salad.  Without it, you're missing out on some of the benefits of eating those vegetables.

Taking in those nutrients is better for you than taking in a little less fat.

They even found that the MORE HIGH-FAT DRESSING you use, the more nutrients you absorb.  That's especially true if your dressing is made with soybean oil.
