Do you even know how many "Ghost Catching" shows are on televsion?

The Question

The popularity of ghost shows on t.v. is insane. Much like murder documentaries ghost oriented shows are a form of entertainment that you put on the TV and just let run on a loop all day long. They've gotten so popular, even Ozzy Osbourne's son Jack has multiple shows. Jack Osborne is on "Portals To Hell",  the ghost-adjacent "The Osbournes Want To Believe", "Night Of Terror", "Haunted Homecoming", and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting about.

Are They Real

I personally have found these shows to be a lot of bone and no meat. It's usually a situation where someone sets up a creepy situation, then something really minor happens, say a cabinet opening, and then they conclude that the place might be haunted. Myself, I tell the family the same thing every time they watch these shows and that's if an actual ghost is caught on film it'll be front page/headline news so there's no sense wasting time on the hour build up on TV.

Proof!

So what If we had actual proof of a ghost? Even if one was caught on film it would bring up bigger questions, like why that one? Of all the possible "ghosts" out there, we can't we get someone we used to know instead of some obscure spirit? Now, with all of that in mind, get ready for a real ghost sighting.

The Ghost

I come into work VERY early in the morning. Sometimes I make it in before 3:30 a.m. It's just necessary to process all of the information to get our show ready. I also have to do a little voice work and a few other tasks. I am always alone, and usually wearing headphones, so the appearance of another person can be a little startling. So imagine my surprise when I saw an actual ghost! Don't believe me, then have a gander:
