A locally owned Lubbock company is using our skyline for its new salsa release.

It is their new Salsa Ranchera and it will be on the background of the logo.

Growing up, Kyle Lancaster was always in the kitchen watching his mother, Joanne Lancaster, cook as his aspirations began to grow. As he got older they opened a location in 2001 in Slaton. The restaurant was called Jodarro’s Grill. It is a blend of Mexican and American cuisine.

Now their salsa, Kylito's Salsa Company, is sold all over Texas and is very popular. Their new salsa ranchers are made with hatch peppers and will be at a medium heat scale. Below is a look at the logo.

Jadarro’s Grill received his nickname “Kylito” and that's how they came up with the salsa brand name. It was established on 2011 and has grown from there.

They now have salsa, queso and gift boxes. Each of the queso and salsa come in at 32 oz container. They have a variety of 9 different salsa of all heat. From gentle all the way up to ghost pepper. This new project will be their 10th salsa and they are ready for it to soon hit stores.

The new salsa will hopefully be in United Supermarkets and Market Street shelves in four to five weeks. You can find out more about their company and salsa on their website.
