Texas police are describing today's Amber Alert for a missing 17-year-old as one issued for a girl who is in "grave or immediate" danger.

The Celina Police Department issued the Amber Alert overnight for Alexis Vidler who is 17, white, 5’5″, and weighs about 138 lbs, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. According to an alert issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Alexis Vidler was last seen on January 2.

THE CELINA POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEARCHING FOR ALEXIS VIDLER, WHITE, FEMALE, 17 YEARS OLD,5'5", 138 LBS,BROWN HAIR,HAZEL EYES. THE SUSPECT IS DRIVING A BLACK 2022 MITSUBISHI MIRAGE BEARING TX LICENSE PLATE NUMBER RYT5102. THE SUSPECT WAS LAST SEEN IN CELINA, TX. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THIS CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR IMMEDIATE DANGER.
