J.J. Watt Out For Season With Torn Pectoral Muscle
The Houston Texans were able to handle business on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders, getting the win 27 to 24. However, Houston didn't leave that game without taking a loss.
Shortly after the game, All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt took to Twitter to announce that he would be missing the rest of the season with a torn pectoral muscle.
This just adds to the list of injuries Watt has suffered in his NFL career. He underwent season-ending back surgery in September 2016 and suffered a tibial plateau fracture in October 2017, causing him to only appear in eight total games between 2016 & 2017.
The next time the Texans take the field, they'll do it across the pond at Wembley Stadium in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 3. That game is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
