Back on Friday, December 11th, a Lubbock man that was indicted for possession of child pornography pleaded guilty to the charges.

KAMC News reports that back on July 6th, 2020, investigators with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division received a tip regarding an upload of child pornography to a Dropbox account. The account was said to have belonged to 30-year-old Sterling Richard Brock.

It's then said that a special agent with DPS executed the search warrant on July 29th on Brock's Dropbox account. DPS is said to have received 27 gigabits of data, and after sorting through it all, DPS located video files that depicted child pornography, child erotica and bestiality.

However, Brock wasn't arrested until over a month later on September 4th. Court documents say that Brock received child pornography from an unknown date until the time of his arrest.

Brock was actually one of three men who were arrested during the month of September for child pornography-related charges. 38-year-old Jonathan Scott May was indicted for receipt and distribution of child pornography and was arrested on September 17th. 45-ytear-old Isak Weibe Fehr was also indicted for enticement of a minor, and was arrested on September 29th.

Brock now faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison, and may face a fine of up to $250,000.
