Lubbock Police Arrest 3 in Connection to Murder of a Minor
On Tuesday (Nov. 12), three people were arrested in connection to the shooting death of a Lubbock teen.
Sixteen-year-old Jaime "Sylas" Duran was found with a gunshot wound in the 2200 block of 37th Street on Saturday (Nov. 9) and was pronounced dead at the scene.
KAMC News reports that members of the Brownfield Police Department, the Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Center, and the LPD's Metro Special Crimes Unit have been investigating the shooting.

On Tuesday, (Nov. 12), officers served three felony warrants of child endangerment to 24-year-old Danielle Morales-Perez, 21-year-old Justin Garcia and 21-year-old Eva Garcia, each with addresses in Brownfield.
Lubbock Police are still searching for a fourth person connected to the shooting; 17-year-old Juan Manuel Pineda, described as a Hispanic male with black hair, brown eyes, weighing around 125 pounds and standing at 5'6".
