Lubbock Police Substation Groundbreaking Ceremony Is Happening on Feb. 21st

The City of Lubbock is inviting the public out on Friday, February 21st, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. to a groundbreaking ceremony for one of four new police substations.

The ceremony will include remarks from city council member Steve Massengale and Lubbock Police Chief Floyd Mitchell.

The event will happen at 140th Street and Indiana Ave.
