According to the ALS Association, 71,000 people have donated a total of $4 MILLION to help fight Lou Gehrig's disease in the past two weeks. And it's all because of the "Ice Bucket Challenge." That's where you dump ice water on your head, dare your friends to do it, and get them to donate money if they won't.
