Ford Motor Credit

Bart Reagor, the former co-owner of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group, is set to be sentenced Thursday, March 10th in Amarillo Federal Court.

A federal court has ruled that Bart Reagor must pay over $49 million dollars, with a 1.55% interest rate, to the Ford Motor Credit Company.

The Reagor-Dykes estate has filed a complaint against Ford Motor Credit, claiming to be owed over $315 million dollars.
