Texas may not top the list, but margaritas here cost less than in many other states- making it a great place to sip and save.

What are the odds Lubbock will get snow on the ground before the turkey goes in the oven?

I don't know where Conroe, TX is and I probably  never would have cared. But they've given some people a reason to find them. At least if you like tacos, tequila, or margaritas. Are you breathing? Then you fit in that category.
