Does anybody else remember Don Morelli?

Don Morelli was a bit doofy. That's okay; most weather people are a bit off it seems. I guess it just takes a special kind of individual to be interested in this kind of career. They study for years, then, just when they're ready to launch their weather dream, they end up with a job in a town like Lubbock with boring weather patterns and farmers pissed because you didn't predict rain.

Anyways, Morelli was approaching KAMC's green screen when he tripped over something and fell offscreen. It's very funny when Morelli tries to recover on air from the fall too, saying at one point: "Not one person is going to remember this weathercast tonight."

I guess he meant the actual forecast, because we're still laughing about the trip video about 30 years later.
