reports that Cat Stevens, a.k.a. Yusuf Islam, is still "undecided" about showing up to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony next month.

That seems like a problem for the Rock Hall...not JUST because he won't be there...but because if he doesn't perform, their bill is looking pretty WEAK.

Think about it: Kiss couldn't get their act together, and decided that NO lineup would be taking the stage that night...and Linda Ronstadt can't sing anymore due to Parkinson's disease.

Obviously, Kurt Cobain's death means Nirvana can't perform.  Sure, Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear could still take the stage without him, but would it be the same?

That leaves the Rock Hall with just: Hall & Oates, Peter Gabriel, and Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. If Bruce doesn't join the E Street band, this could be the lineup for the Illinois State Fair.
