Mysterious Mexican Grill Now Open on Slide Road

The signs are hung and it's now time to try the latest eatery on Slide Road.

Asada Mexican Grill looks like a very new concept that is coming to Lubbock. Their website is finally updated and we finally know some new information. Based on the picture below and on their website.

On Asada's website, it says its a Hecho En Mexico concept that you will taste the difference, meaning the taste comes straight from Mexico. They'll be serving tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas. The meats they will be offering are carne asada, al pastor, pollo asado, and picadillo. They'll also have aguas frescas to go along with your food.

I mean, just writing about all this is making me hungry.

Their website also has a bunch of pictures of their food now, and it looks delicious. I think this will be a great location for them and for the community. That area is definitely growing and there needs to be more food spots over there. After all, there's nothing like some good fresh-made tacos.

Asada Mexican Grill's address is 10609 Slide Road in Lubbock. It's right next to Golf Headquarters between 98th and 114th street on Slide Road. They had their big opening at the beginning of May. They will offer a drive-thru and will b e open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and serving breakfast in the mornings.
