Burklee Hill Vineyards will open a tasting room in downtown Lubbock this fall in the Kress Building in downtown Lubbock. The Kress Building is a historic building built in 1933.

According to EverythingLubbock.com, the owners are leasing the building and wanted to be in on helping to redevelop the downtown area.

While the tasting room will be located in downtown Lubbock, the grapes are grown outside of Levelland. The new winery is another great example of the growing wine and grape industry in this part of Texas.

You can find out more information about Burklee Hill Vineyards on their website and Facebook page.
