A Texas Tech Degree Could Score You A Job Starting At Over $50k A Year
We made a list! Yes Texas Techians we've been placed on yet another list. This time of good things! Its the list of highest starting salaries for different university's degrees.
According to some website that wanted to get a bunch of clicks from all over the country, they made a list of the universities with the highest starting salaries for recent graduates. they got their data from another website that actually tracks the starting salaries for graduates from all the school, or something. At #1 with a starting salary of $78,500 is Harvey Mudd. What? Who is Harvey Mudd and why does he pay so much?
Who knows and who cares. Texas Tech came in, somewhere on the list, at $51,600! Which is pretty nice cash if you can get it. So why aren't I getting paid that much? Time to call my agent I guess.
