Bart Reagor Discusses His Faith, Seeking Justice and a Future Business Opportunity During Interview on KFYO
Sunday afternoon, embattled Reagor-Dykes Auto Group CEO Bart Reagor appeared on Carl Tepper's PolitiFAITH program on News/Talk 95.1 & 790, KFYO. Reagor was Tepper's guest for the whole hour of the program, and it was his first, live, long-form interview with any media outlet in almost 12 months.
It's been almost one year since almost all associated companies of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group declared bankruptcy; throwing Reagor's career and life into a tailspin. It also put Reagor in a new position in his life, shying away from the public spotlight, which was a big change for him.
Speaking about the aftermath of the scandal with Ford Motor Credit and the bankruptcy of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group, (during segment one of the interview) Reagor said, "Things have never been the same since I got back to Lubbock. I do have a lot of faith, and God has been with me all the way, and I have been very, uh, I've really isolated myself over this last year; really isolated myself to God, my family, and my close true friends; which you (Tepper) and I have been in communication throughout the year."
Reagor continued, "I feel good. I feel blessed. I feel blessed, I feel thankful. I'm thankful for a lot of people. I'm thankful for my wife, Annette, who's been unbelievable. I'm thankful for my children, Rachel, Ryan, and Riley." Reagor then went on to list a number of friends, and his minister, for their help over the past year. He also said, "There's a lot of people that I'm thankful for that have believed in me, this whole time, and they know who I am."
