There's always room for more pizza around these parts. And soon you'll be able to grab your pies from a food truck.

Brosky's Pizza will soon be serving up all that cheesy, wood-fired goodness right here in Lubbock.

The catchphrase below the truck's name is "We Got You Bro," which is really cute. I'm into it.

According to their official website, Brosky's will typically be found at the Wolfforth Farmers Market on Saturdays, and then Lubbock throughout the rest of the week. They don't yet have a menu available online, but they certainly have some really delicious pictures of pizza that are making me hungry.

I've never met a pizza I didn't like, and that includes cruddy buffet pizza, too. It's all delicious in my eyes. Look out Lubbock, we are moving up. Austin isn't the only spot for food trucks anymore. We have seen quite a few new ones in the area and everyone is excited for what the future might bring. Happy eating!
