I LOVE a chicken finger pretty much any way it's served. A good chicken finger is about as tasty as anything you'll find! The only thing I love more that a quality tender is a GREAT DEAL on a quality tender!

How do I know this? Well, I was actually craving chicken tenders at lunch last Friday, so I went to United at 98th & Quaker by the radio station to get the tender lunch plate. It's what I do for lunch a couple times a week. I always get the same thing: tender plate with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. White gravy, of course. I AM a Texan.

As I was wafting in line, I noticed this sign...

I went ahead and got my lunch plate as well as a container of the strips. They have them hot and ready to go right by the dining area checkout counters.

I took them home that night an had 'em again for dinner! I only ate one, so I had a bunch leftover for my lunch the next day. I popped them into my air fryer to get them hot and crispy again. Then I cut them up and used them to top a big, bagged Caesar salad. II love those things!)
