Donnie Allison Tribute on Saturday to be a Memorial Service
DONNIE ALLISON TRIBUTE ON SATURDAY TO BE A MEMORIAL SERVICE, NOT A CONCERT
LUBBOCK, Texas -- Don Caldwell, long-time friend of the late Donnie Allison and head of Caldwell Productions and the Cactus Theater, would like help correcting a misconception that has been circulating in the region.
“Donnie Allison’s service on Saturday will be a memorial service and not a concert,” Don Caldwell said.
A video of Donnie’s life and performances through the years will be shown. The video is titled, “Donnie Allison’s Concert of a Lifetime.”
The memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Church, 7002 Canton Ave., Lubbock, Texas.
